Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Bristol - up to £44,563 Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Bristol. CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across retail and baking environments in the BS postcodes. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven commercial/property building maintenance track record. He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance. This is a great local role for a potential candidate. Package Basic Salary of up to £44,563 Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company Vehicle + Fuel Card - Private Use available Full company uniform PDA and Mobile phone Pension Life Assurance Employee Shares Schemes Reward programme & Employee programme Employee discounts Key Duties & Responsibilities Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on site Any reactive and planned maintenance on site Hours of Work Monday to Friday (40-hour week) 08:00 am to 17:00 pm Requirements Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 essential City & Guild level 3 preferred City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance Installation experience Excellent customer service skills Happy to cover a large site Honest, hard-working and reliable Please email your CV to Archie Reed at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing the opportunity.
