Job Introduction Mobile Engineer (Multi-skilled Mechanical and Electrical)Location: Birmingham with travel to Leicestershire and Gloucestershire Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Company vehicle providedFull clean UK driving license (essential) As a result of the continued success and expansion of our FM services to our clients, Sodexo have an opportunity for an experienced multi skilled mechanical and electrical engineer to join our Corporate Service team. Working in a mobile capacity across the Birmingham, Leicestershire, and Gloucestershire areas, you will travel to client sites in the provided company vehicle and complete building services engineering maintenance to a variety of client properties. In your new role you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks including maintenance inspections, fault finding, upgrades and installations activities. These will be completed to achieve the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. In this varied and rewarding role you will be responsible for the completion of PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the client expectations are exceeded. All works are to be completed in line with the latest guidance and legislation such as SFG20 or relevant ACoP's where applicable. You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, ensure your PDA is utilised correctly and keep logs of inspections reports and remedial work. About YouTo be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas: An experienced electrical / mechanical technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive), with excellent customer service.Experience of working under strict Health & Safety procedures including Safe Systems of Work (SSoW), risk assessments and method statements.Capable of fulfilling an Authorised Person / Responsible/Competent Person rolePractical experience of working independently in a technical maintenance environmentNVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Installation.
