Mobile Fabric Engineer - Leeds - Salary 24- 35K Mobile Fabric Engineer - Edinburgh - £22-34K DOE CBW are looking for an experienced fabric engineer to join a leading Facilities Company covering Leeds and the surrounding areas. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join their growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a variety of clients and industries. Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance inspections Carry out respective fault finding and reporting Undertake all building fabric activities Build client relationships and report any defects at the time of site visit Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work. Experience and Qualifications: Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar role. holding relevant qualifications eg. time served apprenticeship, C&G or equivalent Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device. Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. Good verbal and written communication and ability to use computers. Highly self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team. Full UK Driving Licence.
