Mobile Fabric Engineer - Commercial Portfolio - Kent - £30,000 per annum + Package CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial contract in the Kent area (Dartford, UK ● Gravesend, UK ● Kent, UK ● Maidstone, UK ● Rochester, UK ● Sidcup, UK ● Swanley) for a leading FM Service Provider In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression. Hours of work & Package Basic Salary of £30,000 Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week Paid travel time up to £4,000 per annum Call out 1 in 9 Lots of overtime Travel on the rail network is Free 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company van Private pension Private healthcare Optional private dental Key Responsibilities Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Basic Carpentry and plumbing Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. Requirements Level 1 or 2 in any plumbing or fabric trade Be able to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card Sound level of administration and organisational skills General Building Maintenance Multi-Skilled Work overtime when required Please send your CV to Charlie Long of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this role!
