Van Mobile Fabric Engineer/Handyman - £30/35k plus paid travel time on top. COMPANY • National Building Services Company • 4 Offices Throughout the UK – London, Midlands, North West & Scotland • In the South, the London region they currently employ 20 engineers. • Their work is predominantly in the public sector and include DHL Warehouses, Sainsburys Stores, Schools and commercial offices. THE JOB Mobile Handyman/Fabric engineer covering London and the m25 orbital carrying out the following duties: Duties to include: · Carry out handyman repairs · Carry out reactive repairs - Basic Electrical · Painting and decorating · Carpentry /Tiling · Plastering · Plumbing works · Strip out of partial or complete rooms / buildings and preparations for reinstallation · Carpentry work including hanging doors, fitting door linings, architraves and skirtings · Painting & staining of internal and external surfaces SALARY & PACKAGE • Up to £32/35k • Door to Door Travel after 15 mins given each way • 21 Days Holidays + 8 Bank Holidays • Van & Fuel Card • Phone • Uniform • PPE • 1 in 8 call out. £150 Standby
