HVAC/AC Engineer - Leeds - Up to 40K DOE - Excellent Benefits CBW have a new opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established a specialised contractor covering Leeds. The portfolio of clients that you will be working with range from: Gyms, restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues. This position comes with OT and plenty available. Key Responsibilities: Inspecting air conditioning systems Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems, fault finding and fixing faults Diagnosing faulty equipment Service and maintenance of air conditioning units Installations of air conditioning Qualifications and Essential skills: NVQ or HVAC qualifications Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration F - Gas 2079 A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Experience with working with AC / Chillers / DX systems / AHU’s Full Driving License Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary circa 38 - 40 DOE On-call 1 in 4 ( door to door travel paid at 1.5) Good overtime available at 1.5 25 days holiday - rising to 30 after 5 years service Annual bonus - tax free lump after 12 months service Sickness bonus Fully expensed company van and uniform Company pension
