Mobile Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Farnborough – £33,368 + Package Are you a Plumber looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract covering Farnborough in the postcodes of GU11, RG12, RG14 & RG21 and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a maintenance Plumber currently in a similar position who is looking for a more local role. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £33,368 with a potential route into further career progression. Key Duties & Responsibilities. Repairing Toilets and Sinks Unblocking Toilets Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections Pipework inspections and repairs Minor installation works Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs Flexible in helping other trades on site Planned and reactive works Hours of Work & Package Information Basic Salary of up to £33,368 Call out Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company Vehicle + Fuel Card - Private Use available Full company uniform PDA and Mobile phone Pension Life Assurance Employee Shares Schemes Reward programme & Employee programme Employee discounts.
