Mobile Multi-Skilled Mechanical Technician - Facilities Company - Edinburgh - Up to £40,000 A new opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical bias Technician to join a large facilities provider in the Edinburgh area on a mobile basis. This position is paying a competitive salary of up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits. This position would see you provide mechanical maintenance on a variety of commercial contracts in the Edinburgh region. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification Carry out general duties which require multi skilled discipline, including but not limited to re-lamping luminaires, fault finding to electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, AHU’s along with cleaning of foul water systems, drains, inspections, and repair of all M&E systems such as extract and supply air ductwork systems, plumbing and heating systems Deliver first class engineering to a wide range of mechanical plant. Including and not limited to, Plate Heat Exchangers, Pressurisation Systems, Control systems, motors, pumps, generators, CHP, FCU’s, AHU’s, drainage, toilets, plumbing and heating systems. To be considered : Minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds/NVQ/BTEC level 3, or equivalent. Desirable Skills include Gas Safe / Electrical training / BMS / Pool plant experience/ Legionella prevention & water treatment, Water Regs, Unvented Systems Experience in Building Maintenance Driving license PVG Salary & Benefits: Salary up to £40,000 Company van / mobile Holidays : 33 days Good pension
