Robert Half is recruiting 5 Motor Claims Handlers on behalf of a growing insurance business.The role will be 100% remote and will initially be for a period of 3 Months with the opportunity for extension at the end or even possibility to move into a permanent role within the business. The hourly rate on offer for this role dependant on experience will be £12 - £14PHThis role will entail speaking with customers to ensure that their Motor Claims are handled in a professional & empathetic manner, guiding customers through the insurance process to completion. Specific duties will include:Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and emailAble to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entiretySupport customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutionsEnsure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent informationMaintain accurate records on the system ensuring making sure the highest standards of data integrity are upheldWork with wider team to resolve complex issues & escalate issues where neededContinuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exception serviceYou will need previous experience within one or more of the following: Motor Insurance Claims Handler, Motor Claims, Insurance Claims Handler. Additionally you will be available to start at short notice and must be willing to commit to the initial length of assignment.
