We have a friendly and community-based term time only nursery in the Pulborough area of Sussex, dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their children’s growth and development, which is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join their team. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a critical role in the care and education of young children. You will support the development and well-being of children in their formative years, ensuring they have a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which to grow and learn. You will be working as part of a small and friendly team and will be required to work full time or part time. Along with a good salary, you will receive continuous professional training, discounted childcare, a free enhanced DBS check, a bonus scheme for achievements, and first aid training. Requirements: Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development Monitor and record children’s progress, sharing updates with parents and carers Create a safe and welcoming environment where children feel valued Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure the health and safety of all children Support children’s social and emotional development Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Previous experience of working in a day care nursery A full and relevant childcare qualification at a minimum of Level 3 Ability to work as part of a supportive team to deliver the Early Years Curriculum, fostering a love for learning in young students Ability to work collaboratively as part of a friendly team Nursery People is a specialist nursery recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented early years professionals with leading childcare companies and settings.
