We have a fabulous setting near to Dulwich which is on the lookout for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner. You would be joining a caring and professional team who focus on forming a strong attachment with children to build positive relationships with both child and families. It’s a welcoming environment where they celebrate different cultures and help the children to appreciate the world around them. This setting has good bus links and is a short walk from the train station. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be organising your key children’s daily routines, liaising with parents, providing an enabling environment, and delivering high quality care. You will support each child’s individual needs, interests, and learning whilst providing effective interaction within a fun and stimulating environment that allows them to explore and discover new skills and experiences. Responsibilities: Work with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive approach to childcare Foster a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children, focusing on their individual needs and developmental milestones Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills Collaborate with fellow practitioners and contribute to a positive team culture, sharing ideas and best practices Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Recognised Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification Previous experience in a childcare setting Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for children If a full-time Nursery Practitioner position doesn't align with your schedule, give us a call!
