We have a great opportunity for a Nursery Room Leader to join a wonderful setting in the Hounslow area. This nursery offers the highest quality childcare from 3 months to 5 years with a nurturing and stimulating environment from a purpose-built setting, with on-site chefs preparing healthy seasonal menus. As a Nursery Room Leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early experiences of young learners. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, organised, and stimulating room environment where children can explore, learn, and develop to their full potential. Responsibilities: Foster strong connections with parents and guardians through effective communication, regular updates, and well-organized events, building a vibrant and inclusive community Assume accountability for the overall quality of care in the designated room, regularly assessing and implementing improvements to meet and exceed nursery standards Lead and inspire a dedicated room team, ensuring the delivery of high quality childcare and educational experiences Innovatively design and implement a curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, instilling a passion for learning among children The Nursery Room Leader will mentor and support team members, offering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous professional development to enhance individual and collective skills Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Possession of a minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare recognised qualification Significant experience in an early years setting, showcasing proven leadership capabilities In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team, driving them towards achieving outstanding outcomes for children Not sure about a full-time commitment?
