Pertemps are urgently seeing to appoint an Interim OD & Learning and Advisor for a local authority to support building solid foundations for the organisation. Duties in this role include: Supporting organizational teams with Organizational Development (OD) activities and identifying learning needs. Assisting in the implementation of the workforce strategy by evaluating team requirements and planning necessary interventions in collaboration with management. Coordinating with external providers to outline services and costs. Contributing to the execution of the Workforce Plan and addressing team-specific needs. Providing timely support and expert advice to various employees, managers, and stakeholders. Comfortably handling ambiguity and working within a team environment. Aiding in the creation and execution of internal programs and activities. Facilitating training sessions, initiatives, and events, both in-person and online. Designing and implementing online learning tools and platforms. Analyzing data to develop solutions. Clarifying learning intervention goals with stakeholders. Managing projects within the HR/OD team and with external partners. Promoting Learning & Development (L&D) and OD initiatives internally. Operating audio-visual equipment and managing communication across all organizational levels. Juggling multiple priorities and adjusting workloads as needed. Writing reports and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Encouraging and motivating staff, especially those resistant to change.
