Office Administrator Our established manufacturing client based in Halesfield is looking for a full time temporary to permanent office administrator to help run the office. This is a busy and varied role, which includes general office duties answering phones, sending e-mails, collecting post and deliveries then allocating to the relevant department, also you will be including in purchasing stock, looking after the health and safety on site, organising transport and heading the recruitment. As you are a part of smaller company, there will be additional duties which include meeting and greeting visitors, checking in stock and making sure workers reaches their supervisor and workstations, plus general housekeeping in the office. Ideal Candidate - Experienced Administrator - Stock Control/Purchasing experience. - Organised - Flexible - Able to think on own initiative. - Be able to work as part of a team.
