We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the Local Administration Manager, Principal & Head of School. The main purpose of this role will be to manage the effective and efficient reception and administrative functions within the main school offices. Job Title: Office Manager (Temporary to Permanent) Job Type: Full Time / 8am - 4pm Location: Redditch Pay Rate: £12.59 Immediate start Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth day to day running of the office Managing safeguarding processes Management of the office team Support the administration of the recruitment and appointment processes. Manage the confidential correspondence of the principle & Head of School Assisting with the documentation for any internal or external meetings Reviewing and prioritising incoming correspondence and drafting generic responses where appropriate. Manage and ensure the accurate inputting and updating of information onto the MIS. E.g. recording attendance information and parental messages. To conduct annual performance management interviews for members of the admin/reception team. To ensure adequate First Aid cover is available and that appropriate training is undertaken.
