Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Advisor Location: Runcorn (WA7) Contract: Permanent - Full time (Office Based) Hrs; Mon - Friday 08:30-17:00hrs Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE) + company benefits Contract: Permanent Job Role We are currently recruiting for an Outbound Customer Service Advisor for our well-established Engineering client to be based in Runcorn, Cheshire. As the Outbound Customer Service Advisor your duties will be to: " Contact existing clients to arrange their annual maintenance visits. " Contact the company's list of clients by phone to qualify the level of interest, and to arrange for a suitable colleague to visit if appropriate. " Contact new potential customers, as identified by the sales team, to qualify current and future requirements. " Create quotations on behalf of the sales team. " Update the CRM system with accurate information. As the Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following skills and experience: " Must have experience making high volume of phone calls. " Must have a professional confident telephone manner. " Ability to build and maintain client relationships. " Excellent organisational skills and proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
