We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PA to support the Director of a commercial chartered surveying practice. The ideal candidate will be an efficient multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion due to the confidential nature of the work. Job Title: PA (Temporary) Job Type: Full Time Location: Solihull Pay Rate: £17 Per hour / Dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities: Managing the Director's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, audio typing and ensure follow-up on action items to support effective meetings. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips. Oversee office supplies and equipment. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a PA. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
