Are you looking for a hands-on opportunity in assembly? We are a dynamic and expanding company based in Waterbeach - Cambridge, seeking Paint Sprayers to join our team. With new airlines coming on board, we need eager individuals ready to grow with us. About the Role Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge Training: A comprehensive 4-week training programme Requirements: Safety boots/shoes required, but no high-vis necessary Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4PM - 2AM Temporary role with the potential for permanency. Responsibilities Include: - Small amounts of surface preparation and masking of parts - Applying primers and paints according to specifications - Filling out job cards and recording batch numbers - Maintaining high levels of quality and adhering to technical drawings Essential Criteria: - Minimum 5 years of previous paint experience (Aerospace or Motor trade experience advantageous) - Experience with gravity-fed and pressure-fed spray guns - Proficient in fine masking, panel preparation, and working with technical drawings - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with 2k paints, water-based paints, solvent metallics, and various clearcoats Desired Attributes: - Self-motivated with a positive attitude - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and quality standards If you're enthusiastic and willing to learn, we want to hear from you!
