Job OverviewThe purpose of an Partnership & Client Executive is to match the expectation and behaviour of Halfords for Business, to be the very best! Via first-class management of Halfords for Business’ extensive and ever-growing portfolio of clients and partners, the Partnership & Client Success Executive is responsible for driving, seeking, and closing opportunities for continued growth and wider opportunities across their assigned client base whilst managing and renegotiating contracts in line with set and agreed KPI’s.Reporting to a Partnership & Client Success Manager, the Partnership & Client Success Executive will work to oversee every element of the Halfords for Business propositions for a client and/or partner with the support of the wider team. This role encompasses lead generation, cross selling of H4B products and services including Cycle to Work, Gift Cards & Partnerships, onboarding of new clients, legal compliance, financial management, marketing, and communication to drive engagement, market leading account management and customer service. The Partnership & Client Success Executive is expected to be a motivated individual with a hunger to learn and develop within their role. Any previous skills in relationship management both internally and externally is beneficial to ensure the success of every opportunity, but training and support will be provided.Key Responsibilities and Duties Support the Partnership & Client Success Manager in the ongoing management of key partnerships within all H4B areas, including Cycle to Work, Gift Card and Partnerships.Account Manage a set of allocated accounts and develop both clients and partners. KPI’s will be set in line with client acquisition, retention, account growth and obligations to renegotiate terms where possible.With support and development, become a confident negotiator. Knowledgeable on all aspects of Halfords for Business contractual obligations including supplier agreements, terms and conditions and lease agreements which, should always enable the individual to seek opportunities to renegotiate both directly and with the support of more senior team members.Be confident and competent in new driving client opportunities both directly and via partners. A key attribute for this role will be prospecting, selling, presenting, and closing.Using their business relationships, the Partnership and Client Executive should always be on the lookout to drive wider opportunities where possible across all Halfords for Business propositions and initiatives.Have an understanding of profitability to facilitate and deliver high volume and good margin sales.Have a degree of competency and professionalism when speaking - willing and confident to present to clients and have good experience of creating and delivering presentations where required.Be attuned to time and pipeline management allowing accurate insight and forecasting to your Line Manager.Seek new and better ways of working to constantly improve the teams productivity and efficiency.
