About your new Parts Coordinator role Focuses on delivering great customer experience by providing advice and support Ensuring all the back of house stock maintenance processes are adhered to This also includes being able to provide data and reports to ensure the parts function and inventory meets customer demand and is in line with manufacturer guidelines. What you will need to be successful Responding to customer incoming telephone calls/emails for parts enquiries. Assisting customers, identify parts, provide prices and availability. Preparing orders for parts picking and collection/delivery. Monitor and maintain all elements of stock levels in accordance with processes. Working within the team to maintain departmental flow. Advising customers to best value options for service parts. Place orders using the manufacturers systems. Continually maintains close communication with Service Engineers, internal departments, suppliers, and customers to keep them advised of the progress of parts requests. Process of parts being invoiced and allocated to jobs to service counter & trade sales. Stock checks, auditing and ensuring all discrepancies solved either internally or with supplier.
