Role:Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Payroll Manager to assist them for 6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:Process global payroll on a timely and accurate basis, including calculation of wages, commission, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accuracy of data, including new hires, terminations, changes in salary or benefits, and time off.Process statutory deductions including income tax, national insurance contributions, and pension contributions and international equivalents.Process salary changes due to family leave, sickness absence and other leave types.Manage cyclical payroll processes including pension re-enrolment and P11D.Keep abreast of changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Respond to payroll queries from employees and external agencies in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.Participate in payroll-related projects and initiatives to improve processes and systems.Profile:The successful, temporary Payroll Manager will have experience working both UK and international payroll while having a clear history of process improvement. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a leading Tech Company based in London.
