Position: Payroll Manager. Employment Type: Permanent, Full time. Start: August 2024. Location: London, UK | Hybrid, up to 2 days per week from office. Languages: English. Focus on SAP is specialist SAP Recruitment organisation offering both permanent and contract staffing solutions on a global scale. Client – Partnered with a global client that focuses on people's well being. Role – This is a great opportunity for a Payroll Manager to play a key role in the organisation while working closely with HR, Finance and other departments. You will also inherit a team of two and work closely with them while leading and mentoring them. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. You will be working closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations. You will also be a key member representative in the pension committee as well being the go to person for all things payroll. Skills Required: Minimum 5 years experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and regulations. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. CIPP qualified or qualified by experience - essential Experience with payroll software and systems – Ceridian Dayforce (desirable). Experience with off-shore payroll tax regulations (desirable).
