Our Client: A leading consulting firm specialising in helping organisations navigate digital transformations and HR innovations. The Employee Experience & HR team is dedicated to rethinking employee experiences and establishing data-driven digital HR functions powered by emerging technologies. The Role: As a Payroll Transformation Managing Consultant/Senior Manager, you will engage with diverse clients across various industries, helping them achieve sustainable business outcomes through complex Digital HR Transformations. You will shape and deliver various programs, generate innovative solutions, and provide hands-on delivery, all while identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead payroll or HR implementations, managing client relationships and delivery teams. Pursue new client opportunities in HR Transformation, focusing on payroll processes. Facilitate large HR program deliveries, assess risks, and drive project conclusions. Coach and develop junior team members, fostering their growth. Utilise digital technologies to enhance HR capabilities. Business Development and Internal Contributions: Lead and contribute to proposals, bids, and client pitches. Participate in internal think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development activities. Engage in training and certification programs to support your career growth. Desired Experience: Proven experience in payroll transformation programs, including system, process, and service design. Experience delivering HR transformations using cloud technologies (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) and tools enabled by AI/RPA and Machine Learning. Ability to develop service delivery models and HR strategies. Expertise in leading transformation and change management in large organisations. Experience in proposition building and delivery within a matrixed organisation.
