Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Interim Personal Assistant for a Private Equity firm based near Piccadilly Circus.THE ROLE:Supporting the CEO in a 1:1 capacity.Complex and international diary/inbox management and travel arrangements.Organising investor and board meetings, and preparation of conference rooms.Light Office Management and liaising with vendors.Delegating tasks to the Receptionist/Office Assistant.THE PERSON:Friendly and flexible team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Minimum 3 years of Corporate experience as an Executive Assistant. Private Equity or Financial Services experience highly preferable.Ability to take initiative and be proactive.Highly organised and reliable.Key Points:Based near Piccadilly Circus Until they hire Perm, need immediate help with their AGM Immediately Available candidates only £20-25 per hour depending on experience Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
