# About YouTo be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to draft documents and correspondence2. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the ability to work on new systems3. Strong numeracy skills and ability to analyse complex numerical data4. Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders in a professional and assured manner5. Proactive with the ability to work independently as well as delivering within a team6. Excellent administrative and organisational skills, underpinned by strong interpersonal skills and personal effectiveness, able to deliver high quality work and projects to deadlines, work efficiently and prioritise appropriately, and take individual responsibility for planning and undertaking work7. Curious, customer service oriented, with a commitment to personal accountability and continuous improvement **Desirable criteria** 1. Degree level or equivalent qualification or experience2. Experience in the use of databases, student records systems (such as SITS), placement management systems (such as InPlace) and website content management systems (ideally Contensis)3. Prior experience of working in a customer facing environment4.
