Planning Administrator Exeter 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday Temporary until End of September 2024 £18 - £22ph depending on payment method Working in a busy planning office in regards to processing planning applications. This is a temporary position which is based int he city centre. Your duties will involve: Assisting in meetings, taking minutes and diary management Preparing marketing materials and attending events as of when required for the development team The preparation and maintenance of a database of planning files contacting customers in regards to policies and processing applications The monitoring of development sites for the purposes of ascertaining compliance Assist in the management of revenue including the receipt of and banking of payments, Organising letters, documents and plans for customers Arranging consultation and publicity in respect of planning proposals. Provision of information on development projects to customers and stakeholders, such as printing document/plans and letters when necessary. A background within the Planning/ build sector would be required but not essential. The right person must have good customer service skills and can work in a busy department. You will have excellent IT skills and administration background. Please get in touch today
