Plant Supervisor Location: Reading Hours: Monday to Friday Days Salary: up to 45k My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to join the team. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising yard operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards in production environments. Responsibilities: Ensure production lines operate safely and efficiently Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards Coordinate with the Manager on staffing and operational issues Inspect and maintain machinery, ensuring timely repairs Keep accurate records of maintenance and inventory Oversee loading and unloading of materials Enforce safety protocols for all staff Suggest improvements for operational efficiency Secure the facility and manage stock safety Skills and Attributes Experience of supervising a yard and maintaining safety standards Proven record in managing staff and ensuring efficient operations Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance If you are interested in this Plant Supervisor role, please send an up to date CV to [email protected] or call Lauren at Kemp Recruitment on 0330 440 2323.
