Well look no further… Pertemps Sheffield are currently recruiting for a Process Developer to join the team of one of our clients in Sheffield, one of the world’s largest confectionary companies. The role will involve working as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required, to complete Process Design and Process Development for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience. Main Duties: Identifying problems pro-actively and creating/implementing solutions Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyse data and to reach clear conclusions Communicating technical information effectively, verbally and in writing Supporting production data collection and helping to analyse those Playing a key role in jellies production mapping Helping to build the benchmark for the key ongoing initiatives Helping to create a link between the Research and Development team and the plant, improving information exchange between the two Successful Candidates: Driven and focussed on accelerating your career Relevant Research and Development experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment Ability to work well within a team and independently Experience in prioritising and managing activities off own initiative Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Technical understanding to interpret and analyse data Experience of problem solving and achieving clear conclusions Proven analytical skills Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information The role is being offered on a temporary basis, for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to go permanent Your hourly rate, will range from £16.03 to £20.84 per hour, depending on experience You will be required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
