We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. If you are looking for your next adventure, look no further… We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving the development and success of our products, including web and mobile applications for both consumer and business users. These products are technically complex yet designed to offer a beautifully simple user experience. Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog, clearly articulating user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the team delivers value through high-quality, user-centric products.Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and priorities.Make informed decisions about product features, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.Monitor and analyse product performance, utilizing feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product development process.Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning meetings, and reviews to ensure the team is focused and productive.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative. Skills / Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced Agile environment.Proven experience working on complex, technically challenging SaaS web and mobile applications.Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
