We're seeking a dedicated Laundry Operative to join our team and help ensure our laundry operations run smoothly and efficiently. Position: Production Operative Location: Banbury Hours: 07:00 - 15:30 (Monday - Friday) Pay: £12.36 P/HR Key Responsibilities: Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items with care and attention to detail. Prepare clean laundry for distribution to clients or departments. Inspect laundry items for damage or stains and take appropriate actions. Operate laundry machinery safely and maintain equipment cleanliness. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets. Requirements: Previous experience in a laundry or similar environment preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle laundry loads. Reliable transportation to and from work. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
