Job Title: Production Operative Location: Banbury (Close to the M40) Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm) Salary: £24,960 per annum Are you ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality goods? We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients manufacturing facility in Banbury. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of their production line. Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met. Performing quality checks on finished products to identify defects or issues. Assisting with the setup, changeover, and maintenance of production machinery. Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
