Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe workplace for all employees. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory management and quality control. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of production processes and health and safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
