Project Administrator Exeter Permanent - Full-time Are you an organised, efficient Administrator looking for a new challenge ? A busy Construction/Engineering company are seeking a proactive Administrator to join as a project Administrator and work within their estimating team. The role will grow over time but will include: Assisting with Health & Safety documents for sites Arranging sub-contractors orders and handling POs Answering calls from customers and providing a high level of service and assisting with any queries Updating Project information including drawings Document Control responsibilities Keeping the companies documents up to date, scanning, shredding and filing Supporting the estimating team What we are looking for: Must have administration experience Can prioritise a busy workload and be a good problem solver Organised and good communicator face to face and over the telephone Good IT skills and can pick up inhouse systems Great progression opportunities, free parking, a friendly welcoming company offering pension, generous holiday, salary reviews, training and great team environment.
