Job Title: Co-ordinator – Service Charges Location: Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset Rate: £13.81 per hour PAYE The Employer: We are seeking the right person to fill the above role, The position is for a valued client that is a member of, Homes for the South West, making them one of the largest developing housing associations in the area. They provide great choices of affordable housing, covering rentable properties, shared ownership and homes built for private sale. They are keen for growth and currently cover a large area between and including Cornwall up to Gloucestershire. They have plans to continue to contribute towards the economic growth of the South West and keep in place the 7000 jobs currently being provided in the industry and supply chain The Role: Providing essential and comprehensive support to the Service Charge Team Gathering information and collaborating with colleagues across the company Assessing correct charges needing to be applied to correlating schemes, using information obtained Generating reports providing information in regards to service charges and cost allocation The Candidate: Experienced Administrator in a Finance or Service Charge environment Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and MS Excel Knowledge of a Purchase Order and invoicing system Ability to manage workload and tasks with a professional manner at all times Summary: This is a fast paced, exciting role with a great opportunity to be a part of growing company, working a 37 hour week, on a Hybrid basis.
