Robert Half have partnered with a well-known retail brand seeking an experienced and dynamic retail project manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding their organisation through an exciting acquisition and subsequent integration phase. Fluency in French and a willingness to travel frequently to France are essential for this role.Length: 6 monthsContract: Day rate Start date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage the integration of the acquired retail business into their existing operations and IT structure. Develop and implement detailed project plans to ensure smooth transition and integration.Coordinate cross-functional teams across both organisations to align processes, systems, and cultures.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders in both companies.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in both countries.Provide regular status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.Travel frequently to France to oversee integration activities on-site.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering systems in the retail sector.Demonstrable experience in managing acquisitions or large-scale integration projects.Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.Ability to travel frequently to France and work flexible hours as required.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
