A forward thinking, diverse and motivated South west Construction firm with an extensive portfolio of new build and refurbishment schemes across many sectors is seeking to expand their team. Having successfully delivered a range of exciting and ambitious main contracting & residential schemes across the South of England, they have gained a significant pipeline of work and are in need of an autonomous and capable Project Manager with a Civil engineering and Infrastructure bias. You would be managing sub-contractors specifically on the Infrastructure, sub-structure, drainage and enabling works for the project, organising applications for S38, ensuring licences and permits are in order, while overseeing Health & Safety and Technical Compliance requirements are met. This is a great opportunity to really put your stamp on the scheme, as you'd be involved at the very beginning of the project which offers long term contract potential. Technically aware, it is envisaged you'll have sound knowledge of Infrastructure delivery gained with reputable Contracting businesses though some client side experience in addition would be a bonus. Commencing initially on a temporary basis, this opportunity could either continue on a freelance contract basis for 18 months or could convert to a permanent role if desired. This is an immediate requirement so please forward your details across TODAY or call 01392 314052.

A few reminders:
- Never, ever pay anything to apply for a job. Companies should be the one paying, not you
- Never agree to buy equipment in order to start a job - this includes buying a laptop, work from home equipment
- Never agree to pay for mandatory training to onboard for a new position (even if they say that they will reimburse you for later)
- If the recruiter sends you an email from a domain that is different from the company website, ask them to communicate with you via email belonging to the company. Stay away from Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or domain that looks close to the company they are portraying
- Don’t give personal information during the application process - social security number, bank account, home address, date of birth - this could be used to target you through a social engineering attack later on
- Don’t complete a project for free. Many companies might ask you to get through a test, that’s one thing. But less scrupulous companies will actually ask you to deliver a project for free
