- Project Manager – Development Projects
We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for complex development projects containing hardware, embedded software, and software as soon as possible. We develop our products in different European locations and produce with internal and external partners worldwide. In this position, you will gain deep insights into the development and manufacturing of advanced data acquisition products.
Your Task
Manage development projects combining hardware, embedded software, and software, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Execute projects within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, leveraging its principles for streamlined and efficient project delivery.
Guide and align interfaces between R&D and operations to streamline industrialization processes.
Coordinate and manage dependencies across internal teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Provide planning insights and status updates to upper management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Production (internal and external), and R&D to facilitate seamless product development and manufacturing transitions.
Ensure efficient project execution, including production readiness and risk mitigation.
Foster effective communication with all stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Your Profile
Completed technical or project management studies.
Relevant professional experience managing complex projects, including hardware development and manufacturing.
Fluent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
Familiarity with electromechanical products and industrialization processes
Strong understanding of agile working methods, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Personal Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a responsible, analytical approach to work.
Excellent communication and social skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Ability to independently plan and prioritize tasks.
“Can do” mentality with a proactive attitude.
Willingness to travel occasionally (once a quarter).
