Salary up to £55,000 + hybrid working
We are currently looking for Technical Project Manager to join a forward-thinking technology firm breaking new ground in the 5G space. This is a great opportunity for you to join a growing company at an exciting time in their journey, offering a salary of up to £55k plus benefits on top and hybrid working. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end development of our new 5G technology product. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including electronics and software engineers, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution. Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Facilitate regular team meetings, progress reviews, and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the technology sector, preferably within the electronics industries, or related. Strong understanding of both hardware and software development. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a track record of successful on-time and within-budget delivery.
