    Dit financieel sterk bedrijf maakt deel uit van een grotere groep met verschillende activiteiten. Één van deze bedrijven is gespecialiseerd in technisch binnenschrijnwerk met focus op grootschalige projecten over gans België. Het hoofdkantoor zit in regio Turnhout, maar ze werken ook met een aantal projectleiders en assistent-projectleiders vanuit regio Gent.

    Jouw nieuwe functie

    Als projectleider binnenschrijnwerk draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid van a tot z:

  • Contactpersoon voor klanten
  • Opmetingen verzorgen en voorbereiden van het dossier met ondersteuning van technisch tekenbureau
  • Materiaal bestellen en planning
  • Coördinatie van arbeiders/onderaannemers met ondersteuning van assistent-projectleider
  • Budgetcontrole, vorderingsstaten en nacalculatie

    • Jouw profiel

    Voor de functie als projectleider binnenschrijnwerk zijn we op zoek naar:

  • Bouwtechnisch diploma (Bouw, Hout…) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider
  • Kennis MS Office is een must. Naast het Nederlands, kan je ook een mondje Frans spreken
  • Stressbestendig, communicatief en probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Flexibel qua verplaatsingen
