Property Manager Pertemps are recruiting for a motivated and experienced property manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day – day operations and management of residential and/or commercial properties within their portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing exceptional customer service. Full Time, A structured working week: - Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -Week 2: Four weekdays, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (enjoy a day off in the week) Salary : £26,000 - £28,000 DOE + commission. Skills and Qualifications: Experience in property management, leasing. Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft office suite. Possession of a full driving license Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Empathetic and able to build positive relationships. Skilled negotiator with a minimum of two years’ experience. Key Responsibilities: Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants Conducting property valuations Managing property finances, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax payments Overseeing staff employed on the property. Ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers. Managing tenant screenings and evictions Enforcing occupancy rules Preparing regular property-status reports for stakeholders Advertising units and negotiating lease terms Coordinating maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Coordinator If you’re interested, please apply now!
