Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk for a business based in Bridgwater. This opportunity is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.Start Date: ASAPDuration: 12 months Salary range DOE: £25,000 - £26,000Working hours - 37.5 hours a week Role includes:Ensure Company Suppliers are paid in accordance with their terms and conditionsSupplier communication: Query resolutionRegular review of invoices not cleared for payment and actively resolving issues, including chasing business approval of invoicesPayment runsDaily management of the Purchase Ledger inboxEnsures all action is taken to prevent and manage any underpayments/over-payments to SuppliersProviding cover for other team members as and when required Skills/Experience needed:Experience of working in a finance environment - Ideally with purchase ledgerExperience with SAP - Desirable Computer literateGood communication skillsAbility to work to deadlines and prioritiseHigh attention to detailRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
