Robert Half is currently recruiting a Receptionist on behalf of our established nationwide Client.The role is based in a Modern, luxury building and initially be for a period of 6 Months with possibility to be extended. The Hourly rate for the role will be between £12.50 - £12.85PH.The role will entail greet guests into the building, ensuring safety procedures are followed and guest and directed to the correct location, along with supporting the wider reception team in answering calls, receiving packages via Couriers & Maintaining up to date visitor logs.Specific duties will include:Greeting visitors & directing them to the correct locationAnswering calls and providing correct details to enquiriesMaintaining accurate visitor logs for safety and security reasonsManage boardroom schedules ensuring rooms are set up fit for purposePrevious experience within a receptionist role will be need for this role. Additionally you must be available immediately and to start at short notice and be committed to see out the full contract.
