Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Bristol. The successful candidate will be focused on driving recruitment in large scales, sifting CVS, posting adverts, recruiting new drivers and developing relationships with existing driver pool. Good performance presents excellent opportunity to convert position into permanent role. Additional roles will include: * Processing payroll * Booking registration interviews and processing documents * Interviewing candidates * Compliance checks * Shift planning * Assisting transport office to fill short notice staffing gaps * Building relationships with workers and client This is a fast-paced role requiring the successful candidate to possess a strong attention to detail to ensure we deliver an exceptional service to both our drivers and our customer. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 08.30 until 5.30pm. Pay conditions will be discussed with successful candidate.
