Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + monthly bonuses Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 5PM Are you a people person with a passion for recruitment? Pertemps in Glasgow City Centre is on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our bustling team! Responsibilities: Conduct phone screening interviews and evaluate applicant qualifications Schedule interviews and liaise directly with candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations Update candidate records and job postings in our CRM Post positions to various job boards and manage our social media presence Ensure a top-notch candidate experience from start to finish Conduct right to work checks Scan and upload interview documentation Generate leads through research calls and sales calls Handle additional ad hoc duties as required Ideal Candidate: Driving license beneficial Sales experience a plus Basic knowledge of right to work legislation Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under high pressure and tight deadlines Willingness to work overtime as needed on a weekly basis Experience in administrative, recruitment, and/or human resources preferred Proficiency with the MS Office package At Pertemps, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication.
