Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse at MPS Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding patient care and support. Collaborating closely with NHS Wales Health Boards and other healthcare facilities across Wales, you will apply your expertise and professionalism to ensure patients' well-being. Key Responsibilities: Utilise your clinical knowledge and nursing skills to accurately assess patients' conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical information. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute effective care plans. Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and current medical records while upholding patient confidentiality. Stay abreast of the latest medical advancements and best practices. Requirements: Valid and active NMC Registration. Minimum of 6 months demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse with medical proficiency. Excellent understanding of medical terminology and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Empathetic, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions under pressure. This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
