We’re looking for the right person to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Manager who will be a part of this journey. Sound interesting? Read on for more details… EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW In this brand new role, you’ll ensure that our Fleet Operations Team achieve and maintain compliance against all regulatory and legal requirements. You’ll have overall responsibility for Severn Trent’s O License, making sure that the company operates within the licence guidance, and that all changes to the current licence are managed and delivered promptly. As our Risk and Compliance Manager, you’ll maintain and develop effective transport compliance policies and procedures and work with our third party partners to ensure they are compliant too. With direct reports working for you, you’ll also provide leadership and direction to our Fleet Compliance Team. You’ll be based in our Coventry headquarters, Monday - Friday but will be expected to travel across the Severn Trent region to complete audits. We’ll support you with travel by providing either a car allowance or company car. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE A background in compliance and regulation would be a great foundation for this role. If you’ve worked in transport management or are a Transport CPC holder, that would be super beneficial but not essential.
