Job Title: Sales Administrator Working Hours: Permanent, Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 11am – 2pm) Salary: £12 per hour (plus bonus for hitting targets) Location: Redditch An exciting opportunity to work alongside my client as a sales administrator in the Redditch area! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. They must be confident in handling customer enquiries, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. My client is offering a competitive salary alongside a monthly bonus for hitting targets! Key duties and responsibilities: Building a strong working relationship with customers and clients both verbal and written. Dealing with incoming calls and handling queries efficiently. Providing administrative support to the Managing Director. Managing Spreadsheets, updating customer data accordingly and identifying problems. Chasing additional information and supporting documents from clients and customers. Producing quotations and liaising with suppliers. Skills and Experience Required: Be extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be comfortable with numeracy and number crunching. Great customer service and professional manner. Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
