    Je wordt onderdeel van een gedreven team, waarbij je een centrale rol inneemt in de administratieve verwerking en organisatie van het magazijn.
    In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je jouw kennis van logistieke processen met klantvriendelijkheid zodat de klanten en collega's altijd kunnen rekenen op jouw ondersteuning.

    Als adviseur/ magazijnier komen deze taken jouw richting uit:

  • Administratieve verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen

  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte voorraadadministratie en -beheer

  • Behandelen van vragen en bestellingen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail

  • Adviseren van klanten over producten uit ons assortiment

  • Beheren van de retourzendingen en afhandelen van garantiegevallen

  • Onderhouden van de magazijnruimte en zorgen voor een efficiënte inrichting

  • Samenwerken met collega's voor een optimale klanttevredenheid

  • Naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving

    Wie zoeken we?

  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste!

  • Je bent administratief sterk en accuraat in je werk

  • Klantvriendelijkheid draag je hoog in het vaandel

  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitstekend functioneren

  • Kennis van doe-het-zelf producten is een pre

  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het bedrijf
