    Votre nouveau rôle

    En tant que support commercial, vous venez en support aux commerciaux externe pour toute la gestion des dossiers clients via SAP. Vous gérez les offres, contrats, la facturation ainsi que la gestion de plaintes. Vous assistez les commerciaux dans la préparation des visites clients. Vous fournissez un service de qualité en répondant de façon pertinente aux demandes et/ou questions des clients. Vous collaborez avec différents départements en interne (logistique, comptabilité, ….).

    Votre profil

  • Vous avez un bachelier ou une expérience équivalente liée au domaine commercial.
  • Vous êtes bilingue Néerlandais / Français.
  • La connaissance de SAP est un atout.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) solution, résistant(e) au stress et multitâches.
