The Role You will be responsible for guiding customers every step of the way as they journey through the process of purchasing a vehicle - from their initial interaction with us to the exciting moment they receive their new car. Responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, identifying leads, and understanding their needs while adhering to industry regulations. This role is crucial to the Sales Department, as you will be handling inquiries and collaborating closely with the team. Responsibilities: - Support customers throughout the entire buying journey, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. - Greet customers, prospect, and generate leads. - Qualify customer needs and professionally sell vehicles and related products in compliance with industry regulations. - Play a central role in all sales inquiries and collaborate with the Sales team to deliver a seamless sales process. - Ensure customers understand their obligations and treat them fairly and with integrity. - Represent the client and associated brands at the highest standards. Experience Required: - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Executive. - Sound understanding of the car merchant sale process. - Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. - Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding customer care. - Highly organised with the ability to process detailed information. - Motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. - Strong work ethic with the ability to lead and inspire colleagues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals. - Previous experience in Automotive Sales is preferred.
